The villa is an ideal holiday destination for those seeking peaceful, private and a natural environment and enjoy the sea. It is located in the bay of Nova on the island of Korcula. 

The villa consists of ground floor and first floor. Ground floor are kitchen, dining room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large porch, barbecue and laundry. On first Floor are the living room bar with pool table, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and balcony. The first floor is at road level and two parking lots are easily reached, ground floor is reached by outside way.
Benches and loungers are available in the lush, park-like garden with pool, arbor and sun area. The villa has its own berth for boats.
The whole plot is surrounded by a stone wall on which is an iron fence.

It is the ideal accommodation for families and friends.

Nova bay is situated at the south west part of island Korcula. The island of Korcula is situated in southern Dalmatia.This 46km long island with182 km of coastline with many bays is the sixth largest Adriatic island.The population of (about 16000) it is the second size Adriatic island.The island has a mild Mediterranean climate with an average of over 2700 hours of sunshine per year, making it the sunniest region of Croatia. So you can enjoy the beautiful weather and the warm sea during most of the year. The average summer temperature is 26,9°C, water temperature 25°C. Korcula is also one of the most densely wooded island in the Adriatic.

The town of Korcula is one the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean, with city walls, dating from the 13th,14th and 15th century which were built aruond the old city. The city was already in the 10th mentioned century (Constantine Porphyrogenetus).The regularity of their blueprint is unique in the Mediterranean.The famous sailors and merchants Marco Polo was born in Korcula in 1254. In the city there are numerous historical sights (cathedral, city walls with towers, city Hall, birthplace of Marco Polo and others).

Vela Luka is the largest town on the island 8 km from the villa (village Nova) removes. The town has plenty of shops, a mall, many restaurants with a rich offer of Mediterranean specialties and local wines that are world famous. In the summer many cultural and entertaining events. On the hill above Vela Luka is Vela spilja-a known archaeological site of the stone Age, whose findings are to be seen in the local museum. Blato is the nearest town (9 km from Nova) with interesting history and architecture, in which the Holy place of St.Mary of Jesus.
